Been a very long time since i have blogged anything, but i really need to get back into it as a way keep a track on my thoughts and ideas, so here goes:In the year since i have last blogged i have become interested in and have worked consistently on the camera and the limitations of it’s medium as an accurate representation of the space in front it’s lens. Currently i am looking at the perception of the space in front of it’s lens, and contrastingly what happens to the photographic index and icon of a photograph when it is a corrupted digital image. Not really sure on all the details yet, but here is a photograph of some stuff i am doing.

Sorry, know this is ridiculously hipster, but was putting up my exhibition in a church and getting bored and distracted, and then i see Sam Bradley’s bike, sitting there being lit by an amazing pool of light coming in through the church, so photographed it.

The Death of the Cinema Projectionist

A short documentary about the change from 35mm to digital projection and the effect this has on an independent cinema, it’s projectionists and the industry a whole. 

This was a really enjoyable project to work on and I hope you enjoy!
